EPA Lead Based Paint Training Course

EPA’s RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting) Rule becomes completely enforceable on April 22, 2010. The Regulation is applicable to all renovations which includes numerous common maintenance and remodeling actions carried out for compensation in pre-1978 homes and pre-1978 child-occupied facilities in the event the work will disrupt paint, stain, shellac and varnish.

About 8.4 million renovation, repair and painting (RRP) projects, small and big, will set off the EPA Rule’s demands in the 1st year alone. Approximately 211,000 trade contractors, housing rental property owners, third-party property administrators, property rental real estate agents, and other disturbed organizations will need to abide by the Rule including applying to EPA in becoming Certified Renovation Businesses. 1000s of workers doing these renovations is required to get EPA lead based paint training course, trained and certified as Renovators by EPA-accredited trainers.

To turn into a Certified Renovator, you have to take the 8-Hour EPA lead based paint training course taught by an EPA Approved Trainer. ABLE Safety Consulting provides EPA accredited Trainers for EPA lead based paint training course.
